1. Custom Products
All products sold through this store are custom products.
Our products may involve customization, modification, printing, painting, assembly, custom manufacturing, or other processes performed independently by us or our suppliers.
Due to the custom nature of our products, minor differences may exist between individual items.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, estimated production times, and other information provided on the relevant product page before placing an order.
2. Order Cancellation
All orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes after the order is placed.
After the 15-minute cancellation period has expired, the order will generally be considered final and cannot be cancelled or changed.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Pre-Order Products
Products marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for shipment.
Unless a different estimated timeframe is clearly stated on the relevant product page, pre-order products are generally expected to be dispatched within 6–12 months from the date the order is placed.
Certain products may have different production or release schedules. Where applicable, a specific or updated estimated timeframe will be stated separately on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated to customers.
The 6–12 month period is an estimated dispatch timeframe and may be affected by production, manufacturing, material availability, logistics, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. LEGO® Elements and Condition
Unless otherwise clearly stated in the relevant product description, genuine LEGO® elements used in our products should be considered pre-owned/used elements rather than new elements.
As these elements may be pre-owned and may also undergo transportation, handling, modification, printing, assembly, or other customization processes, minor scratches, scuffs, marks, or small signs of wear may be present.
Reasonable minor cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect the normal appearance, function, or intended use of the product are generally not considered defects.
If the condition or components of a particular product differ materially from this general description, additional information will be provided on the relevant product page.
5. Custom and Third-Party Components
Certain accessories or components may not be manufactured by the LEGO Group.
Such components may be independently produced using methods including, but not limited to, 3D printing, custom moulding, reproduction moulding, printing, painting, or other custom manufacturing methods.
Where reasonably applicable, the use of such custom or third-party components will be disclosed in the relevant product description.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and component information before placing an order.
6. Product Appearance and Minor Variations
Due to the custom and small-batch nature of our products, minor variations may occur in printing, colour, positioning, alignment, surface finish, assembly, or other production details.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, display settings, and other factors.
Minor variations and cosmetic imperfections that are reasonably associated with used LEGO® elements or custom production processes are generally not considered defects, provided that they do not materially affect the normal appearance, function, or intended use of the product.
7. Product Images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the products being sold.
However, because our products are customized and may be individually assembled, the final product may contain minor differences from photographs or display samples.
Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product and may not represent every minor characteristic of the individual item received.
8. Prices and Payment
Product prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the customer’s location or selected market.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the final product price, shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges displayed at checkout before completing payment.
We reserve the right to change product prices before an order is placed.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
This store is an independent custom product store and is not an official LEGO® store, authorized LEGO® retailer, or authorized LEGO® customizer.
This store, its owners, operators, products, custom designs, modifications, manufacturing activities, sales activities, and services are independent of and not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with the LEGO Group.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any customization, modification, printing, painting, assembly, or third-party manufacturing associated with products sold by this store is performed independently and is not performed, approved, or authorized by the LEGO Group.
References to LEGO® are used solely where reasonably necessary to identify genuine LEGO® elements, describe product components, or indicate compatibility.
All LEGO® trademarks and related intellectual property remain the property of the LEGO Group.
10. Other Intellectual Property
Other trademarks, character names, logos, designs, copyrights, and intellectual property referenced in connection with products remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Website Use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
